What is the best event check-in and registration solution for concerts in Malaysia?

Am looking for a good event registration (RSVP) solution for selling event tickets for concerts in Malaysia. I'd also like to have a check-in system to easily check attendees in. What are the best recommendations out there? Best if it can accept local payments from Malaysian banks, Touch n' Go, and debit/credit cards too.
